Position Title: Administrative Assistant to the CEO

Hermes Consult LLC is a Miami-based cross-border consulting and legal services firm specializing in transatlantic business, particularly for German-speaking clients. We bridge cultural, linguistic, and regulatory gaps between the U.S. and Germany with deep industry knowledge and precision. To strengthen our growing international client base, we are seeking a bilingual, marketing-savvy, and detail-oriented team member to support digital growth and client engagement.

Role Summary
This position plays a critical role in shaping our digital presence, managing bilingual communication, and supporting our executive team in delivering exceptional service to German-speaking and international clients. The role requires a solid foundation in international business, fluency in German and English, and strong digital marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate, proofread, and finalize legal/marketing materials with native-level precision
  • Coordinate client communication in German and English; act as primary liaison for inquiries
  • Assist in researching market data and preparing background materials for cross-border M&A activities.
  • Implement SEO/GEO strategies tailored to German-speaking markets (DE Google, etc.)
  • Support project planning and execution by coordinating timelines, tasks, and communication across teams.
  • Assist with market research, analytics, and targeted advertising across platforms
  • Support social media planning and oversee external communication initiatives
  • Oversee weekly blog publication and develop digital strategies to boost organic traffic
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO on cross-border consulting initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a closely related field. 
  • Fluency in English and German (reading, writing, and speaking). 
  • Strong academic record demonstrating the ability to handle rigorous analytical and communication tasks. 
  • Understanding of German and U.S. business protocols, cultural norms, and legal considerations. 
  • Excellent organizational skills, with proven ability to multitask in fast-paced, international environments. 
  • Outstanding interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), project management tools, and virtual collaboration platforms. 

Additional Preferred Attributes

  • Prior experience in digital marketing, including managing websites, social media, and SEO/GEO marketing.
  • Ability to conduct research and compile data for executive-level decision-making. 
  • Demonstrated professional maturity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
